Lux Home is an eight-floor residential building on Batumi’s first beachfront line, planned into a single territory with Lux Golden Wave. Sharing the ground means sharing what stands on it: the paths and the planting, the services, the parking below.
Apartments run from 30.8 m² studios to 101.6 m² units, in white frame or finished turnkey. The layouts are zoned rather than open-ended: the kitchen-living room is the centre of the flat, the sleeping side is kept clear of it, and storage is built in.

Pick the floor, then the apartment
Sales plans for every floor from the second to the eighth. The layout repeats as the building rises, so what you read on the second floor is what you get on the eighth — studios from 30.8 m², one- and two-bedroom apartments, and a pair of units over 100 m².
Apartments are numbered by floor — 201 to 221 on the second. Areas come from the price list of 15 July 2026; availability changes, so ask us for today’s.
